If I had an "Oh No!" button on my keyboard, I could have hit it when I accidentally deleted a comment from some sweet reader yesterday. I didn't realize I'd deleted it, and went on to oh-so-efficiently purge my trash can, leaving me powerless to retrieve the comment.
So, to the gal who was commiserating about adjusting to her new farm life identity, please know I appreciated the commiseration, and the fact that you took the time to comment, and I wish I could crawl into the ether and retrieve your words.
And, while I'm in the ether, if I could find my size 7 figure that disappeared there 21 years ago, I'd really like to drag that thing kicking and screaming back into this existence.
I'm thinking that's not gonna happen. Dang it.
Love from the farm,
Teri
Teri, I tried to make a comment, but I'm having trouble. I've been a new reader of your blog, am enjoying it! Also, I have a new blog about our transition from the Greater Houston area to our acreage and I have been trying to write about all of the hysterical things and serious things we've learned over the years while reading the same in your blog and in others.
ReplyDeleteHey, once you find that button, give us instructions on where to find it because I sure would like to find my lost figure as well. Oh well, I am more "sturdy" now, if that puts a positive spin on my changed body frame over the years. Ha.
